HarmonyOS can detect the data cable and reduce the charging speed- Gizchina.com

Huawei’s system HarmonyOS has a charging protection feature that allows the system to detect fake chargers. If the charger in use is not original, there is a prompt to alert the user. However, this charger will not cause harm to the smartphone. HarmonyOS will ensure that the charger does not fast-charge the device even if it supports fast charging. This is because, at high charging speeds, the charger may be dangerous to the smartphone.
